Does this fix the problems of previous versions?

Issues common for prior versions such as installation problems, and problems running reports have been addressed. Problems upgrading from one version to another have been fixed also. This version is completely re-written from the ground up for our most stable, reliable version yet!

Will it work with my existing rental data?

Absolutely. We know you've invested a lot of time entering your rental and tenant information, and in keeping accurate historical data. Landlord Enterprise 2009 will import data from the following versions:
Landlord Enterprise v3.1.08 PRO/LITE/TRIAL
Landlord Enteprise v4.0 PRO/LITE/TRIAL
Landlord's Tenant Management PRO v2.75 (Socrates Retail)

I don't want to have to learn another system! What gives?

We know it takes time to get to know a computer system. While this new version sports a new 'fit & finish', it essentially operates the same way as previous versions, with the familiar toolbar for all your common functions, a 'Manage' menu for things like Equipment and Vendors, and utilizes a tabs to allow you to click through your data easily. We've added more features to make this version easier to use than ever, such as better sorting, searching, and grouping of records.

What about support for Landlord's Tenant Management Pro?

Our support agreement for this product will be phased out. All existing retail customers are receiving this special offer to upgrade to the new 2009 version, where you will receive email support, usually within 1 business day, as well as forum-based help and documentation, and limited phone support.

I use Landlord Enterprise Edition LITE - where's the new LITE version?
The LITE version has been discontinued. There is now one professional version which contains everything you need to manage your rental properties. For this special offer you'll be able to upgrade to the full professional version which includes accounting capabilities.

Will this version work with Windows Vista?
Yes - this version has been tested and certified to work with the following operating systems:
Windows 98, ME
Windows XP Home or Professional
Windows Vista (all versions)

Any special requirements?

If you have Microsoft Vista, everything you need is installed.
If you have XP or earlier, you may need the .NET Framework 2.0. This will be automatically installed during the install process, if required. So you don't have to do anything complicated - just install Landlord Enterprise 2009 normally.
