"What is .NET and why is it required for installing my software?"

The .NET Framework is simply an update to your computer from Microsoft that contains functionality and components that Landlord Enterprise Edition requires to function. Put simply, Landlord Enterprise Edition is built "on top of" this framework and cannot install or run without it. Many newer programs are also being released that depend on the .NET Framework being installed on your computer - we are proud to provide software using the latest and best technology.

The .NET Framework is available for download for free from Microsoft (requires Windows 98 or higher).

Support for Landlord Enterprise Edition LITE or PRO

As a registered user of either LITE or PRO, you're entitled to receive personalized,
friendly service from the team that developed Landlord Enterprise Edition.

Technical Support Includes:

- Limited telephone support (additional charges may apply)

- Free Email Tech Support (questions typically answered within 1 business day)

- Support via Remote Desktop / Instant Messenger - for selected issues
and problems we often provide support services via Remote Assistance features

to visually see your screen while you watch as we fix problems on your computer.
