- Requires an internet connection and users must have purchased at least one copy of the Landlord Enterprise 2009 software separately. We do not provide this service for users of Landlord's Tenant Mgmt Pro, or Landlord Enterprise 4.0 and earlier.

- Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 required.

- Must provide a means for our support staff to access your computer. Windows comes with this service (Remote Desktop) but alternatives include Co-Pilot, GoToMyPC, etc. You are able to monitor us at all times while we are working at your computer.
