We don’t believe in recurring charges or subscriptions – we charge a one time license fee per computer. You will receive a license to use Landlord Enterprise in its entirety. This includes email technical support and use of the support forums.
Unlike the competition, we also don’t charge you more depending on how many units you manage. Our software allows an unlimited number of tenants, units, and lease records – all for one affordable price.
Major updates or critical bug fixes are always released to all users at no charge.

Need Multiple Licenses?
The base license price ($249) covers two computers. Each additional computer is $89. All computers can be networked to access the same data, or have separate data – up to you.
So, for example, if you need 4 computers running Landlord Enterprise, specify
3 for the quantity in the order form when you purchase. ($249 for two + $89 + $89 = 4 copies)
