- Customize your database: add in custom fields, your business information, your tax rates, your accounts.
- Load in the Leases and Applications you use.
- Load your vendor, supplier, and tradesperson / contractor info.
- Reporting and Forms
- Configure Landlord Enterprise to work with a networked database on your network.
- Maintain and keep your software up-to-date with the latest fixes, updates, and new versions.
- Troubleshoot common setup mistakes and fix issues with bad data.

The software will install and function perfectly fine without this extra service, and you’ll find it well-documented and easy to use. We provide this additional service because our users often ask for help with setup, installation, and configuration.
All-Inclusive $499 USD
- Requires an internet connection and users must have purchased at least one copy of the Landlord Enterprise 2009 software separately. We do not provide this service for users of Landlord’s Tenant Mgmt Pro, or Landlord Enterprise 4.0 and earlier.
- Windows XP, Windows Vista, or Windows 7 required.
- Must provide a means for our support staff to access your computer. Windows comes with this service (Remote Desktop) but alternatives include Co-Pilot, GoToMyPC, etc. You are able to monitor us at all times while we are working at your computer.
