Landlord Enterprise is configured for just about any type of leasing scenario. Once you've set up your Tenants and Units, creating a new lease to represent the relationship between them is a snap. Landlord Enterprise will track late payments, and will calculate rent due + late fees. It will remind you when Tenants are late with rent. The software contains a standard Lease Agreement and Application to Rent form that can be auto-filled with Tenant and Lease information and printed, emailed, or exported to PDF, Word, or Excel.

Landlord Enterprise supports Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly, and Bi-Yearly payments.

Set lease terms, start and end dates, move in/out dates, first rental payment date, and rental amount.

Late Fees and Security/Damage Deposits are simple.

Late Fees can be either a Flat Fee, a dollar amount per day (plus an optional flat fee), or a percentage of the rental payment per day. You can even specify the number of days (grace period) before the late fee is actually incurred!

Damage Deposits can be a flat fee that you set, the first rental payment, or two (first/last) rental payments.

You can even print a Payment Schedule for your tenants so they always know when rent is due.
