Managing Income and Expense is much simpler in Landlord Enterprise than other software packages.

Each income and expense entry records the Amount, Tax Amounts, Check #, Description, Memo, Account, Sub-Account, and Accounting Period. You can also trace each entry to a specific Tenant.

You can also create new accounting categories custom suited to the needs of your business.

Accounting Entries can be exported to Excel, printed, or emailed.

Expense Accounting Entry Screens

Tax rates for federal, state/province, or sales tax can be configured easily and calculated as tax you collect (for income) and tax you incur (for expenses). Tax is auto-calculated as you enter an income or expense amount.

Also included are various accounting reports and charts to isolate expenses and income to a particular category, suite, tenant, vendor, or building. Filter accounting reports to various date range options for periodic snapshots of your financial data.
